Beautifully renovated, comfortable hotel

Newly refurbished very beautiful with very nice and competent staff

The pool Is rather small and it is very noisy as it is next to the aircon of the next hotel and is smells of food out of the aircon so not a place you would want to stay to long but ok for a short swim

Not suitable for families ,

The staff are excellent and extremely helpful . All of the staff are wonderful

This is not a family hotel so if you have kids it’s not suitable . Kids are not allowed in the club lounge which is a waste of your extra payment for drinks and food . Sunday brunch is adults only too. Pool is very small . They have just opended so a lot a lot of teething issues , operations etc, if you’re a couple or single this hotel will suit you . The food quality is also very poor at the moment , we ordered room service on many occasions which was disappointing.

We love the Regent and are very sorry it will no longer be operating it

We thought breakfast choice was not up to our previous Regent stays

Rooms need upgrading but we understand why as the hotel will no longer be a Regent hotel

the location was a bit far from mrt station, though there was a bus stop just in front of the hotel

Very Good

Staff were helpful and courteous. The location is good, although we looked out over a building site, as rooms on the greener side were not available. Room service food was quite OK, better than some other places. We tried the Summer Palace Chinese restaurant, which has a Michelin star. It was fine, but I can't really judge whether it merits a star. The location just behind Orchard Road is good, and the double-glazing thick enough to keep the construction noise out.

A relaxing, enjoyable stay in a wonderful hotel, with wonderful staff.

Quieter than other hotels. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Able to relax. Amazing food.

They’ve changed the rules about having children under 12years in the business lounge. We’d been 5 years in a row and it was perfect. It meant we didn’t have to go anywhere-else. We could relax and our son was safe and happy.

This is a luxury hotel with excellent staff and amenities.

The Regent Club was excellent. The room was large and beautifully appointed. The in-house restaurants and bars were excellent.

Pleasant and convenient hotel with good facilities and excellent staff assistance.

The reception staff were very helpful responding to our requests for restaurant bookings in the hotel. The range of facilities are very good and we were able to enjoy excellent breakfast buffets and other meals on the premises. Room Service was also prompt and pleasant. the Hotel location is central and convenient to central Singapore.

Classic hotel that promises a luxurious experience.

Very grand. Feeling like a VIP when I walk in.

Overall interior design, the setup of rooms and the breathtaking view from the lift overlooking all the rooms and below.

well maintained and superb staff with excellent customer focus! Manhattan bar also great ambiance!!

Hotel staffs prepared a cake for us as I put a remarks that I was there to celebrate my anniversary.

The room is a bit old and outdated. The in room dining menu is a bit limited and there is no outdoor seating dining place for staycation with pet within the hotel which is a bit disappointing.

wonderful anniversary stay.

very spacious room! close to orchard rd shops

cutlery was not always clean in room or at breakfast restaurant. also, there were fruit flies around the foods. staff were sometimes busy on their phones, rather than attentive and opening doors for us. don’t think it was 5 star hotel in this respect.
